Michael McKee is a Managing Director in Newmark’s Philadelphia office, where he is responsible for leading debt origination and structured finance for multifamily and commercial assets. With expertise in both the institutional and private space, McKee operates on a regional and national scale with experience across the capital spectrum.
McKee and his Philadelphia-based capital markets colleagues pride themselves on their long-term relationships. They offer clients expertise across a diverse capital base that includes life companies, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, regional and national banks, CMBS and fund investors. The group attributes its success to its dedicated work ethic, transparency and customer service, driven by the mindset that trust is earned and re-earned every day.
A 15-year real estate veteran, McKee joined Newmark in 2019. He launched his career at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, where he grew from an analyst to a loan officer. As a loan officer, McKee has been involved in the origination of more than $7.5 billion in financing.
He resides in Yardley, Pennsylvania with his wife Dorothy and their three children, Logan, Liam and Michael.

McKee earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of New Hampshire.
