As Director of Marketing, Central U.S., Michelle Davidson leads marketing strategy and execution across Newmark’s Central region, supporting the firm’s multifamily capital markets platform. She oversees regional marketing operations to ensure consistency in brand, messaging, and delivery, while driving initiatives that enhance business development efforts and elevate the firm’s presence across key markets.
A strategic marketing leader with over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Davidson focuses on driving brand impact, revenue growth, and creative excellence. She partners closely with brokerage and business leaders to develop and execute integrated marketing, business development, and communications strategies that differentiate Newmark in the marketplace and deliver measurable results. Known for translating complex objectives into scalable marketing solutions, she plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s brand, enhancing client engagement, and supporting continued regional growth.
Davidson leads high-performing teams across multiple markets, with a focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and team development. She is instrumental in building and refining marketing infrastructure across the Central region, including standardizing processes, developing centralized resources, and leading onboarding and training efforts to ensure consistency and scalability as the platform expands.
She oversees and directs all marketing functions across the region, including design, branding, proposals, presentations, offering memorandums, flyers, email campaigns, websites, video production, writing, research, advertising, brand compliance, and communications. Through a combination of creative leadership and operational excellence, she ensures the delivery of high-quality, best-in-class marketing materials that position clients and properties effectively in the market.
Prior to joining Newmark, Davidson was Marketing Manager for Barshop & Oles Company, a privately owned, full-service commercial real estate development and management firm. Previously, Davidson served as a Marketing Coordinator for Grubb & Ellis, where she ensured adherence to national branding standards and oversaw the production and design of marketing materials for office, industrial, and retail leasing initiatives.
