Michael Manfro is a Director in Newmark’s Multifamily Debt and Structured Finance group, where he is responsible for the placement and execution of multifamily transactions across a broad range of capital sources. He brings over 15 years of experience in multifamily real estate, with a strong focus on agency debt, production, and credit analysis.
Before joining Newmark, Manfro served as a Transaction Manager at Bellwether Enterprise, supporting more than $1 billion in loan originations. He also held various production and underwriting roles at PGIM, Hunt Real Estate Capital, and Arbor Realty Trust, where he underwrote and closed over $2 billion in loan volume.
Education
Manfro earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from West Chester University and holds a Master’s degree in Administration and Supervision from St. Peter’s University.
