Michael Zobrist is a Managing Director for the Retail division of Newmark specializing in providing shopping center sales and leasing, retail development and landlord and tenant representation services throughout the Las Vegas valley. With 19 years of experience and numerous national relationships, he has been involved in more than 785 sale and lease transactions valued in excess of $685 million.
Zobrist joined Newmark in 2007 to provide strategic real estate consulting services to national and local owners and users, including regional family businesses, entrepreneurs and notable national credit tenants. His role includes leading local efforts for retail sales, augmented by his collaboration with Newmark’s West Coast Capital Markets team and growing industry relationships.
A Las Vegas native, Zobrist offers strategic insight into the greater Las Vegas commercial real estate market and provides critical assessments that facilitate his clients’ ability to achieve their asset objectives.
