Michael Gibbons joined Newmark in 2023 and currently serves as a Senior Financial Analyst for the Newmark Self Storage Group. Michael specializes in preparing investment portfolio offerings, financial analysis and modeling, market research and property valuations for investments, divestments, and proposed developments.
Michael came to Newmark after working as an Investment Analyst at Simply Self Storage, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he was responsible for building financial models, underwriting acquisitions, developments and divestments, industry and market research, as well as several asset management tasks.
Education
Michael received his Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida and graduated Cum Laude from Northeastern University with a double major in Finance & Entrepreneurship.
