Michał Śmietański is In-House Legal Advisor, Member of the Management Board for Newmark Polska. Śmietański has over 20 years of experience in the legal profession, specializing in work for commercial real estate services firms. He is responsible for every legal and compliance aspect of the business, provides legal advice and coordinates professional services delivered for Newmark Polska and its clients, analyzing risks and identifying the best scenarios.
Prior to joining Newmark Polska, for over four years Śmietański served as the in-house lawyer at for a Poland commercial real estate firm, with responsibility for international legal and compliance issues and coordination of related activities. He also participated in real estate transactions and lease negotiations. Previously, Śmietański was an in-house lawyer at Cushman & Wakefield for over 12 years.
