Megan Hall joined Newmark Zimmer in 2022 and currently serves as a Managing Director of Occupier Solutions in the company’s Kansas City, Missouri office. A 15-year corporate real estate veteran, Ms. Hall has substantial expertise in transaction management in the retail, office, industrial, finance and banking sectors.
Prior to joining Newmark Zimmer, Ms. Hall served as a Senior Transaction Manager in the retail corporate services division of a global real estate company. In this role, she specialized in transaction management services including lease disposition, site selection, lease negotiation and project management for national and international clients, including Fortune 500 companies. Throughout her career, Ms. Hall has prioritized partnership with her clients by delivering best-in-class service and adapting to their dynamic commercial real estate needs.
