Matthew Benkendorfer is an Associate with Newmark’s Industrial Advisory Group (IAG), where he focuses on tenant representation. He works with occupiers of distribution and manufacturing space on real estate transactions and site selection. Based in Dallas, Benkendorfer specializes in the DFW industrial market and also supports clients on multi-market assignments across the U.S.
He joined Newmark in 2025 and is involved in client outreach, market research, and transaction support within the industrial sector.

Benkendorfer graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agricultural Economics, with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate.
