Matt Williams serves as an Associate in Newmark’s Denver office, where he specializes in tenant representation, multi-market accounts, and strategic real estate consulting. Matt focuses on collaboration with stakeholders to better understand companies’ culture, operation, and needs in turn providing insight into market conditions, trends, and the impacts real estate has on operational decisions. His expertise provides guidance through the real estate process ensuring the best possible outcome for his clients.
Matt has established a diversified network of national clients that has given him essential skills to his role working alongside the Harrington-Frandsen team. His specialty is in providing services, advice, and B2B connections to existing and prospective clients on a larger scale. Matt’s approach complements Newmark’s client-focused service delivery paired with the Harrington-Frandsen team’s extensive experience and technical expertise that is a win / win for their clients.
Matt joined Newmark after 10 years with Telecrafter Product, a privately held manufacturing company, where he served as national sales manager. In this role, he was responsible for national accounts of clients that included AT&T, Comcast, Charter, Cox, Suddenlink and Time Warner. Working with all facets of a client’s business allowed Matt to develop products optimized to meet the client’s needs overseeing a national territory.
