Matt Earnest currently serves as a Vice President in Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s West Palm Beach, Florida office. He completes commercial real estate appraisals predominantly in northern Florida.
Earnest has more than 10 years of experience appraising assets ranging from owner-user to complex multi-tenant assignments. He provides valuation and consulting services on a wide variety of asset types including industrial, office, retail, multifamily, self storage, and agriculture-related properties.
Prior to joining Newmark, Earnest spent eight years as a Senior Appraiser at Valbridge Property Advisors (formerly Capstone Valuation Advisors) in its Jacksonville office. During his time there, he specialized in the appraisal of self storage, multifamily, retail, and complex agricultural assignments.
Previously, Earnest specialized in large-scale agricultural assets such as dairy farms and poultry farms with Saucer Valuation and Associates.

Education
Earnest earned a Bachelor of Science degree in building construction from the University of North Florida. He has also completed Argus Enterprise training courses.
