María L. Valdez, MCR, serves a dual role at Newmark as Vice President of Global Enterprise Sales and Regional Lead of Enterprise Occupier Solutions for Latin America. She leverages her strategic leadership within the corporate real estate sector to drive solutions design, expand Newmark’s global presence, and oversee the implementation of sales strategies to achieve the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
Ms. Valdez is an expert in designing tailored corporate real estate solutions for complex multi-site, multi-geography portfolios encompassing transactions, project, and facilities management. She has successfully designed and sold multi-service contracts for global corporations such as DuPont, Logitech, and BMC Software. She also actively participates in the ongoing governance of client accounts, overseeing planning, organization, and delivery while optimizing the utilization of cross-functional resources within Newmark.
Ms. Valdez has a proven track record of helping and guiding decision makers throughout the corporate real estate life cycle, with experience managing geographically dispersed multinational portfolios across the Americas and Europe. She also served as Vice Chair of the Mexico Chapter of CoreNet Global (2023–2024), contributing to significant membership growth. Prior to Newmark, she enjoyed an 8-year career collaborating with companies such as Cushman & Wakefield, Johnson Controls, CBRE, and JLL, where she was responsible for operating and commercializing project management services, and designing and transitioning facilities management business development across the Americas and Europe. To date, Ms. Valdez has overseen the implementation of corporate real estate services spanning over 1.5 million sq. m.
