Mark W. Schwobe, MAI currently serves as a Senior Vice President in Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Atlanta office. With over 30 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience, Mark specializes in industrial property valuation. His wide range of appraisal experience includes general and medical office, retail, industrial, and land, as well as numerous specialty property assignments such as golf courses, coastal islands, prisons, and air rights. Additionally, Schwobe has qualified as an expert witness in the Superior Courts of Fulton County and Cobb County, GA.
Prior to joining Newmark, Schwobe served more than 11 years as a senior real estate appraiser in the Atlanta office of CBRE. Prior to working at CBRE, he served as an appraiser at Integra Realty Resources (formerly Schultz, Carr, Bissette & Associates) in Atlanta, from 1998 to 2006; at FSI Appraisal Company, Inc. in Northampton, Massachusetts, from 1993 to 1998; and at Tuttle, Armfield & Wagner Appraisal Group in Melbourne, Florida, from 1992 to 1993.

Education
Prior to attending Eastern Florida State College, Schwobe served with the military police in the United States Army and was a deputy sheriff in Hampshire County, Massachusetts.
