Mark Hunter leads Project Management’s Business Development and Account Management for Newmark Global Corporate Services (GCS). He is a proven project management lead with more than 28 years of experience and a track record for developing innovative solutions that positively impact business performance. Hunter demonstrates deep technical skills in all aspects of corporate real estate including project management (PM), facilities management (FM), transaction management, strategic planning and safety management. He has worked with diverse clients, customers and stakeholders with strong cultures that value safety as a key performance component.
Prior to joining Newmark, Hunter was an Account Director with CBRE where he managed a $30M FM and $12M PM budget and delivered more than 10% in cost savings. His previous experience also included his role as Operations Director with Bovis Lend Lease, where he led teams in delivering a $530M capital program for BP plc at its Houston Westlake campus, including $20M of campus infrastructure improvements, a 320,000 SF LEED Platinum building, restack of two 30+ story towers and a new parking deck.

Hunter received his Master of Business Administration from Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business and his Bachelor of Arts from Emory University in Atlanta.
