Mark O’Donnell serves as a director in Newmark’s Colorado Springs office. A respected market knowledge leader, Mr. O’Donnell provides specialized brokerage advisory services to entrepreneurial business owners and institutional clients. He focuses primarily on Class A office and medical office properties within the Colorado Springs’ Downtown and Briargate markets. Over the course of his career, Mr. O’Donnell has earned a reputation of achieving client goals and closing transactions.
Mr. O’Donnell joined Newmark in 2014. His prior role was at Sierra Commercial Real Estate, where he handled a portfolio of approximately 1.3 million square feet of office and medical properties.
