Madeline Dunsmore joined Newmark in 2018 and currently leads the Workplace Strategy and Human Experience practice and the Change Management practice, both specialties in Global Corporate Services’ (GCS) consulting group.
Based in Washington, D.C, Madeline has substantial expertise helping clients to navigate workplace change and developing strategies that help organizations thrive.
Madeline has successfully developed change management plans to support workplace transformations that include training managers, facilitating workshops and focus groups, and presenting executives with compelling visions for new and/or alternative workplace models and environments. Her collaborative approach helps foster positive team dynamics and builds trust with colleagues and clients alike.
Madeline began her consulting career at Booz Allen Hamilton. She has also previously worked at the National Housing Endowment and as a workplace strategist at Savills Studley, where she supported public and private sector clients to reduce overall real estate footprints and adopt flexibility into workplace models.
