Lynus Pook currently serves as an Executive Director of Commercial and Industrial Brokerage at Newmark Singapore, bringing over 21 years of commercial real estate experience across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. His expertise spans advisory, leasing, brokerage, and tenant transaction management, and he has extensive experience in the divestment and acquisition of industrial and office assets for multinational clients, working with reputable developers, REITs, institutional investors, private equity funds, and family offices.
Lynus has a strong track record in leading and executing major leasing and investment transactions across a wide range of sectors, including logistics, food manufacturing, semiconductors, technology, telecommunications, and aviation. In his current role at Newmark, he plays a pivotal role in driving the firm’s commercial, industrial, and data center growth strategy. As a Certified Data Center Specialist, he leverages his deep technical knowledge and industry experience to identify opportunities, structure transactions, and build partnerships with occupiers, landlords, developers, and investors.
Before joining Newmark, Lynus served as the Head of Industrial Advisory at Colliers Singapore, where he led the industrial business line and was the project lead for key occupier and investor clients expanding their operations in Singapore. Lynus also spent a decade at Cushman & Wakefield as Director of Commercial and Brokerage, where he was instrumental in spearheading the Data Center business across Southeast Asia.
From 2008 to 2011, Lynus was based in Beijing with Credit Suisse AG as Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Real Estate & Services Division, where he led strategic real estate operations and managed portfolio initiatives across the China market. Earlier in his career, Lynus held roles at Savills, DBS, and Far East Organization.
