Lee Ling Ling currently serves as an Associate Director for Newmark - Singapore, Valuation and Advisory (V&A) division. Based in Singapore, Lee Ling Ling has 20 years real estate valuation experience in serving financial institutions, statutory bodies, investment firms and listed companies, developers and construction firms, institutional clients, law firms and audit firms, agencies, and individual owners.
Prior to joining Newmark, Lee Ling Ling has worked for more than 13 years with Premas Valuers & Property Consultants Pte Ltd. She has undertaken valuation reports on residential, industrial, commercial, and specialized properties for banks, corporate clients, and statutory bodies. She also manages and supervises assignments for a team of valuers to ensure quality assurance control.
In addition, her consultancy works includes the valuation of statutory compensation for land acquisition purposes on whole and/or part land of properties on behalf of SLA which include properties along North South Expressway (NSE) Stage 2 and Cross Island MRT Phase 1. She also has provided monthly rental review valuations of SLA residential/ commercial properties.
