Lauren is a Managing Director at Newmark’s Brokerage Services Group in San Francisco, bringing over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to Newmark, she spent more than 9 years at CBRE, working 2 years in investment sales and over 7 years in leasing, where she advised technology companies on global expansion strategies. Over the course of her career, Lauren has completed more than 250 lease transactions totaling over $1.2 billion in value. She holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from UC Berkeley and has also served as an asset manager in real estate investment for 2.5 years, deepening her expertise in portfolio strategy and value creation.
