Since joining Newmark Grubb Levy Strange Beffort in 2006, Kris Davis, SIOR, has specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial land, warehouses, distribution centers and general industrial properties. A market leader, he has provided service in the development of industrial business parks, build-to-suit projects and the real estate needs of industrial markets. Mr. Davis focuses primarily on utilizing his knowledge, experience and resources to offer a proven and comprehensive marketing system for sellers and landlords. He provides his clients with conclusive data and identifies key drivers to equip them with a complete and progressive approach to meeting their specific real estate needs and objectives.
Mr. Davis’ experience with the Oklahoma City industrial market began 13 years ago in the staffing industry, where he specialized in negotiations and staffing services for large industrial companies in the metro area. He also served as an industry consultant to smaller staffing companies, guiding them in adjusting their procedures to facilitate high-volume accounts with streamlined efficiency. This role allowed him to develop long-lasting relationships with the owners and officers of both large and modest-sized companies and laid the strong foundation upon which he continues to build and cultivate his reputation for producing operative fiscal solutions for clients.
Mr. Davis graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in organizational leadership.
