Kippy Donovan is a financial analyst in Newmark’s Philadelphia office, where she is responsible for assisting in debt origination and structured finance for multifamily and commercial assets. With expertise in both the institutional and private space, she operates on a regional and national scale with experience across the capital spectrum.
Before joining Newmark, Kippy spent a year working at Equus Capital Partners, as part of the Multifamily Acquisitions team. As an Acquisitions analyst, she conducted full-circle analysis beginning with market research through proforma modeling and financial interpretation.
Kippy and her Philadelphia-based capital markets group prides themselves on their long-term relationships, offering clients expertise across a diverse capital base including Life Companies, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, regional and national banks, CMBS and fund investors. The group’s success is attributed to a dedicated work ethic, transparency, and customer service, driven by the mindset that trust is earned and re-earned every day.
Kippy resides in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA. She is a member of the Villanova Alumni Association and involved in the DiLella Center for Real Estate.

Kippy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Real Estate, together with a minor in Marketing from Villanova University in 2021.
