Kevin Jasper serves as a senior managing director at Newmark’s Sacramento office. Mr. Jasper specializes in representing businesses and property owners in the acquisition and disposition of industrial and flex properties. Mr. Jasper focuses on the sale and leasing of properties to local, regional and national clients.
Mr. Jasper offers his clients a consistent, professional approach to the commercial real estate market and is committed to serving his clients’ needs as efficiently as possible. A partial list of his clients include: the State of California, Crown Lift Trucks, Harsch Investment Properties, Tomra Sorting Solutions and Tulloch Construction. Most of his clients retain his services for multiple transactions.
Mr. Jasper joined Newmark in 1993 and was honored in 1994 as Rookie of the Year. He has since been involved in more than 1,100 transactions valued in excess of $950 million and has leased or sold more than 22 million square feet. Since 1997, he has received nominations for the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE)’s Industrial Broker of the Year over 12 times.
Mr. Jasper’s professional and community efforts were recognized when he won Sacramento’s Industrial Broker of the Year in 2010. That year, Mr. Jasper was also honored companywide as the recipient of the coveted Russ Thompson Award, given to the individual who exemplifies the ethics, integrity, and team-player attitude promoted within the firm. In 2014 and again in 2017, Mr. Jasper was honored to receive ACRE’s Broker Choice Award. This award is given to the agent that exemplifies good brokerage practices in a professional manner, and is enjoyable to work with. The award is voted on by other commercial real estate agents. He has also been a member of the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS (SIOR) since 2004.
With colleague Joe Curtis, Mr. Jasper created and organized the annual Broker Punt, Pass, and Kick Competition 13 years ago, with all proceeds benefiting local charities, including the Sacramento Food Bank and Family Services and the River City Food Bank. Over a ten year period, the event raised over $325,000 for local charities.

Mr. Jasper received his degree in business administration from St. Mary’s College of Moraga.
