Kevin Hatcher serves as an Executive Managing Director for the firm’s industrial advisory practice and capital markets in the San Francisco Bay Area.
With more than 17 years of specialized industrial experience, Hatcher advises institutional owners, private capital groups, developers and corporate occupiers on complex leasing, investment sales, land acquisition, development and disposition strategies. He is recognized for his analytical, data-driven approach and deep knowledge of market fundamentals, supply-chain dynamics and capital markets trends. Hatcher’s career transaction volume exceeds $5 billion across single-asset and portfolio sales, land assemblages, agency and occupier leasing.
Before joining Newmark, Hatcher was a top producer at CBRE and Colliers. Prior to industrial brokerage Kevin spent a decade in finance and structured product sales and trading at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York and San Francisco, giving him a sophisticated perspective on capital stacks, interest-rate environments and investment decision-making that continues to benefit his real estate clients.
Hatcher collaborates closely with Newmark’s regional industrial leadership, capital markets and debt & structured finance teams to deliver integrated solutions in one of the nation’s most supply-constrained industrial markets.
Education
A Bay Area native, Hatcher earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, where he competed on the Golden Bears golf and rugby teams. Outside the office, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing and hiking, and coaching youth sports. Hatcher resides in San Francisco with his wife and three children.
