Ken Hedrick joined Newmark in 2017 to help lead the firm’s Net Lease Capital Markets group along with his partners, Jerry Hopkins and Andrew Ragsdale. Hedrick and his team specialize in national single-tenant transactions involving retail, office, industrial, medical and GSA properties. Clients include high-net-worth 1031 exchange buyers, funds, private equity groups and institutions.
Hedrick brings to Newmark more than 14 years of expertise in single-tenant deals. A top producer nationally, he and his team have together closed more than more than 325 transactions valued in excess of $3 billion in sales. These transactions include the United Nations office building in Manhattan, more than 75 FedEx distribution facilities and more than 40 Tractor Supply Company leased properties.
Prior to Newmark, Hedrick worked for nearly 12 years at the Stan Johnson Company, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-based commercial real estate investment firm. During his tenure there, he was recognized annually as a Top Producer and a $1 Million Producer. He previously worked for nearly six years at IBM, as a sales manager for the West Region Data Storage Division.
Hedrick is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a licensed member of the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. He earned his Master of Business Administration degree in marketing and finance from Oklahoma City University and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in marketing from Oklahoma State University.
Active in the Tulsa community, Hedrick coached youth sports for eight years. He enjoys working out, spending time with his family and serving in his church.
