Katie Tooker is responsible for global finance, accounting and reporting, as well as operational analysis. Over 16 years with the firm, Tooker has served as Senior Accountant, Assistant Controller and Controller before being promoted to CAO for RealFoundations, now part of Newmark in 2019, building scalable processes and controls that support growth across regions and service lines.
Earlier in her career, Tooker was a Senior Staff Accountant with Omnicom Management Services, providing finance reporting and analysis to Omnicom agencies.
