Karen serves as an Associate Director with Newmark in Charlotte, North Carolina. The focus of her work involves assisting multi-market clients as well as Global Corporate Services clients in the development and execution of successful real estate strategies. In this role, Mankowski primarily helps tenants and buyers, with both industrial and office requirements.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mankowski served as Account Executive for the North Carolina Research Campus while at CBRE, marketing the project to companies worldwide, including biotechnology firms specializing in research and development and nutritional science. At Sperry Van Ness, Mankowski was responsible for leasing space at mixed-use developments where she effectively negotiated retail and office leases.

Mankowski earned her M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and graduated from the University of Louisville with a B.S.B.A. in Finance.
