Ms. Barron has broad-based commercial architectural, design, real estate development, and construction industry experience. With over 30 years of combined professional service experience, she has managed a variety of diverse and complex projects. During her initial tenure at a Minneapolis Design firm, she led project teams for large and small scale developments, including complex expansions, renovations, and new construction within the retail, corporate, institutional, industrial, recreational, mixed-use residential and medical office sectors. While Director of Project Management at a Minneapolis based Real Estate firm; she participated and lead all phases of numerous projects starting with due-diligence thru construction administration to tenant delivery.
As Director of Project Management at Newmark Global Corporate Services Ms. Barron provides oversight on all aspects of the project, including design and technical aspects. Her hands-on and proactive leadership style for both the Client and Consultants helps to facilitate a collaborative team working environment. Clear direction and guidance leading the project team promote outstanding service and solutions to the Client. This collaboration, insight, creativity, and dedication will help to maximize the potential success of each project with the Client, landowner, investor, local municipality, consultant, tenant, and end-user.
