Kaleigh Jones Schlosser serves as a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Atlanta office, where she advises investors and corporate occupiers on complex real estate transactions across the United States and globally. She specializes in portfolio strategy, site selection, lease negotiations and acquisition and disposition advisory for organizations navigating growth, capital deployment and operational change.
Drawing on experience from both brokerage and principal-side investment roles, Schlosser brings a capital markets perspective to occupier and investor decision-making. She has participated in transactions exceeding $3 billion in total value, representing institutional owners, private equity investors and major corporate users.
Prior to joining Newmark, Schlosser was a Vice President at Cresa in Atlanta. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Legacy Investing, CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, where she advised institutional clients and supported large-scale investment sales and portfolio transactions.

Schlosser obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Carolina.
