Justin Moh currently serves as an Associate Director and Head of Operations for Newmark - Singapore, Valuation & Advisory (V&A) division. Justin is an experienced real estate professional having worked for the past 15 years in the Singapore market covering both valuation and agency roles.
Prior to joining Newmark, Justin spent 11 years with Cushman & Wakefield and its affiliated entities, where he held a diverse range of positions within the Valuation & Advisory department. Prior to this Justin worked for 4 years with ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd as Senior Marketing Director.
Most recently he has focused on the successful running of the Singapore valuation operating platform including the development, integration and ongoing management of valuation IT systems. In reporting directly for the regional business line head, Justin has undertaken complex valuation assignments for major institutional clients, across multiple markets throughout Asia.
