As a managing director for Newmark, Justen Cimino is responsible for all of the daily brokerage activities for Newmark’s office agency group in the Atlanta office. In this capacity, Mr. Cimino manages many of the marketing, leasing and communication aspects of the brokerage business on behalf of the portfolio. Mr. Cimino focuses on the brokerage and tenant communities of the buildings; his efforts have resulted in extensive lease-up and retention within these assets and contributed to the portfolio’s continued growth. Since 2011, Mr. Cimino has completed 366 leasing transactions totaling nearly $100.0 million in lease revenue.
Prior to NGKF, Mr. Cimino was an associate leasing broker with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE). Before CBRE, Mr. Cimino was with the Trammell Crow Company as a broker in tenant representation services. In addition to his brokerage duties, Mr. Cimino managed the walking/stacking program for the Atlanta market. His program, Total Market Awareness (TMA), accounted for more than 500 Class A and Class B assets in the Atlanta metropolitan area, accumulated more than 7,000 contacts and resulted in more than 100,000 square feet of lease transactions.
Mr. Cimino began his career a national account manager for PRE Holdings, a U.S. prepaid distributor and processor. He served as the lead in new customer acquisitions, product distribution and product fulfillment. During his four-year tenure, Mr. Cimino was a contributing member of the firm’s transactional revenue growth in excess of more than $500.0 million annually. Following the sale of PRE Holdings to Atlanta-based Incomm, Mr. Cimino transitioned into an associate role at the Trammell Crow Company.
