Judy Jang is the Executive Director and Head of Research at Newmark Korea, based in Seoul. She leads the firm’s research platform, delivering market intelligence and data-driven insights to support clients and strengthen business development. Judy drives a client-focused research strategy, enhancing advisory capabilities and Newmark’s competitive positioning in the Korean market.
Judy has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and six years in the technology sector. She specializes in market research, investment and leasing intelligence, and strategic advisory for institutional investors and corporate occupiers. Her expertise spans Grade-A office markets, logistics facilities, retail, hospitality, data centers, and emerging alternative living sectors including co-living and senior housing.
Prior to joining Newmark, Judy served as Head of Research at Colliers Korea and Cushman & Wakefield Korea, delivering market reports, economic and real estate analysis, and customized research solutions to support investment and occupier clients.
Education
Judy earned a Master of Science in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver.
