Jud Ryan joined Newmark in 2016 as an Executive Managing Director in the firm’s Washington, DC, office, where he focuses on investment sales. Ryan’s broad institutional real estate background includes more than 25 years of experience handling office, commercial land, industrial and datacenter sales. Since 2000, he has been involved in more than $28 billion of investment sales activity.
Prior to joining Newmark, Ryan worked for over 16 years at Cushman & Wakefield which went through a series of mergers (Cassidy & Pinkard, Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers, Cassidy Turley, DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield) during his time in Washington, DC. While focused on Washington, DC, he was also involved in sales in markets such as Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina; Columbia, South Carolina; and Richmond, Virginia.
