Joseph Zona joined Newmark in 2007 as an executive managing director and principal in the Chicago office, where he focuses on comprehensive tenant representation and client services. Mr. Zona represents national and international accounts, including Allied World Assurance Company Ltd and Eby-Brown.
In the past few years, Mr. Zona has focused on new business development and transaction advisory services nationally and globally. He has completed, or is currently engaged in, transactions totaling more than 2.5 million square feet nationally and more than 500,000 square feet internationally.
