In that capacity, he provided critical support to senior brokerage professionals on transactions collectively exceeding $100 million in value.
Mr. Ziolkowski’s experience includes advising both tenants and landlords through comprehensive market analysis, strategic site selection, and tailored advisory services. He is actively expanding his capabilities in retail leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales, strengthening his ability to support Newmark’s retail platform and deliver value to a diverse client base. His close collaboration with senior brokers has afforded him direct exposure to the full brokerage process, from initial market evaluation and portfolio strategy through transaction negotiation and closing.
Mr. Ziolkowski earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Marquette University, where he developed a rigorous analytical skill set including financial modeling, asset valuation and market research.
