John Caraviello is a Director with Newmark’s Debt & Structured Finance Group, where he is responsible for the execution of financing and capital placement transactions across all asset types and geographies across the U.S. He has 6 years of investment banking experience and has been involved with the execution of more than $9 billion of capital markets advisory transactions throughout his career.
Prior to joining Newmark, Caraviello was an Associate at Eastdil Secured in the New York office, where he spent three years executing debt and equity advisory transactions across all asset types. Caraviello began his career at Estreich & Company in New York, where he spent two years working on the execution of debt advisory transactions.
Education
Caraviello received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Trinity College.
