Joanie Edgerly joined Newmark in 2026 and has 15 years of experience working in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Newmark, Ms. Edgerly worked for Perform Properties (formerly EQ Office and Equity Office) where she worked cross-departmentally supporting company communications, marketing initiatives, tenant and broker event planning, ESG initiatives, and much more. She is a proud mother of two young daughters and is excited to be a part of the Newmark team.
