James Tribble is an Executive Managing Director with Newmark’s Capital Markets Group in Boston, specializing in the sale and recapitalization of office, life science and industrial properties. Throughout the course of his 17-year career, he has been directly involved in over $30 billion of capital markets transactions nationwide, focusing primarily on the Boston/New England region. James is a multiple-time winner of the Commercial Broker Association’s Investment Sale of the Year (2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020), Office Deal of the Year (2020) and Costar’s Power Broker Award (2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021). He is a graduate of Babson College (class of 2005) and received his MBA from Columbia University (class of 2018). Prior to joining Newmark, James held capital markets positions at Cushman & Wakefield, Eastdil Secured, CBRE and Wells Fargo. He currently resides in Medford, Massachusetts, with his wife, Marina, and two children, Martin and Sofia.
