Jihoon Kang leads the Industrial & Logistics team in Newmark’s Korea office. With over 14 years of experience in real estate, he is a licensed real estate agent in Korea and provides consulting and brokerage services to both international and domestic corporate clients.
Jihoon began his career in 2011 at DTZ Korea in the Valuation & Advisory team, focusing on asset valuation and consulting projects. In 2018, he joined Wefunding, where he led the investment team and real estate investment activities including development financing and mezzanine structuring, including the Yangsan LogiField Logistics Center development. He later joined Mirae Asset Consulting, part of Mirae Asset Group, and subsequently led the Industrial team at Colliers International Korea for approximately five years, leading major sales, acquisitions, and leasing transactions for logistics centers and manufacturing facilities.
Education
Jihoon earned a B.A. in Real Estate and is currently pursuing an M.Eng. in Real Estate.
