Renowned for his innovative approach, unwavering integrity, and client-centric mindset, he has led landmark projects for global leaders such as Citadel, BMW, Bank of America, and Whirlpool.
Van Dyke’s distinguished career includes leadership roles at premier firms like Sterling Bay, WeWork, JLL, and CBRE. At Sterling Bay, he was instrumental in creating the acquisition strategy for multiple parcels that will make up Citadel’s future Miami headquarters, navigating complex off-market acquisitions and regulatory landscapes. During his tenure at WeWork, he oversaw a 10+ million square foot national portfolio where he personally secured over $120 million in savings over a 2-year period while overseeing a multidisciplinary team of professionals across real estate, legal, design, construction, and development.
Starting his career as a tenant representative at JLL and CBRE, Van Dyke established himself as a top producer in Chicago, earning accolades such as the NAIOP Chicago Transaction of the Year for Bank of America’s 500,000-square-foot anchor lease.
