Jerry Suyderhoud is a Senior Managing Director with Newmark’s San Rafael office. He joined the company in 2010 and specializes in the leasing and sale of commercial and investment properties. Mr. Suyderhoud has been active in Marin County and Bay Area real estate since 1978.

With experience in residential and commercial development, both as a broker and as a principal, Mr. Suyderhoud has participated in leasing space at most of the commercial projects in the county. He has sold apartment buildings, office buildings, industrial buildings, triple net investments, shopping centers and raw land.

Mr. Suyderhoud is a perennial top producer at Newmark’s North Bay office. He is a former president of both the Rotary Club of San Rafael and the Marin Country Club. He currently serves on the board of two owner associations in Novato.
