Jermain Teo, MSISV currently serves as an Associate Director for Newmark - Singapore, Valuation and Advisory (V&A) division. Jermain has 20 years real estate valuation experience in serving financial institutions, statutory bodies, law firms and individual owners.
Prior to joining Newmark, She was a Senior Director at a local valuation house, oversees the operation and administrative process within the team.
She has undertaken valuation reports on various type of properties for banks and statutory bodies. She also supervises assignments for a team of valuers to ensure quality assurance control.
In addition, she is involved in Business Development with various parties from the banks, maintaining a good working relationship with them.
