As an associate with Newmark, Jeremy Tucker’s focus has been on representing landlords and tenants all across New York.
Tucker represents and has transacted leases with a wide range of landlords, including Tishman Speyer, AFIAA, Zar Property, Avdoo, SL Green, Solil Management, Brause Realty, Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation, the Lam Group, and Eagle Point Properties.
He has also worked on behalf of owners to sell their retail properties, including the 64-year tenured Lyric HiFi store at 1221 Lexington Avenue; and the building which housed the famous Neary’s restaurant for 57 years at 358 East 57th Street.
On the tenant side of his business, Tucker has represented an array of tenants in New York including Carnegie Diner, Peapack Gladstone, and Tapout Fitness.
Tucker currently represents Amorino Gelato, Exhale Spa, and Baya Bar on their national expansions.

Tucker graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in May 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology with an option in Business and Public Administration.
