Jenny Haeg serves as Executive Vice Chairman at Newmark, based in San Francisco, where she advises high-growth and founder-led companies—particularly within the technology and artificial intelligence sectors—on global real estate strategy. Recognized as one of the most accomplished tenant advisors in the U.S., Haeg has completed more San Francisco headquarters transactions over the past decade than any other broker. Her client roster includes category-defining innovators such as Airbnb, Scale AI, Coinbase, Affirm, Gusto and Perplexity AI.
Haeg is widely known for aligning physical real estate with company culture and brand identity, ensuring that space evolves as a strategic asset throughout a company’s growth journey. Her work spans every phase of scale, from seed-stage startups to publicly traded firms, across markets in the U.S. and globally.
Prior to joining Newmark, Haeg was Vice Chairman at CBRE. She joined CBRE via its acquisition of Custom Spaces, the first and only female-founded commercial real estate firm in San Francisco, where she served as Founder and CEO. She began her career at The CAC Group, where she became the youngest Senior Vice President in firm history and was consistently a top producer.
She has been named a Northern California Real Estate Woman of Influence by the San Francisco Business Times and is a multi-year recipient of the CoStar Power Broker Award.
