Jeff Sanita, SIOR, has been an industrial broker in Los Angeles for nearly 28 years, with the previous 19 years at Cushman & Wakefield before joining Newmark in August of 2016. He has a widely varied background assisting clients with building and site acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, tenant relocations, institutional landlord agency representation and development assignments. Mr. Sanita is a member of The McMillan Team, which consistently ranks as one of the top industrial brokerage teams nationally and is a dominant presence in the Los Angeles industrial market.
