Jeff Rigg, MAI joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2022 and currently serves as a Vice President. Rigg provides exceptional service to clients preparing appraisal reports on a wide variety of property types in the Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio markets.
Since beginning his real estate career nearly two decades ago, Rigg has performed appraisals on a broad range of property types including warehouses, flex buildings, manufacturing facilities, truck terminals, self storage facilities, general and medical office, shopping centers, big box retail stores, fast food and casual dining restaurants, student housing, multifamily apartments, convenience stores, car washes, churches, schools, other special use assets and vacant land.
Prior to Newmark, Rigg served as a Director of Valuation for Bowery Valuation, where he performed internal appraisal review services and provided appraisal services for both private and public lending clients throughout the Midwest and Northeast. Previously, he served as a Valuation Consultant for Wells Fargo Bank for more than 13 years, where he managed the external valuation process across a wide variety of business units, reviewing a wide variety of property types including industrial, office, retail, multifamily, self storage, convenience stores, seniors housing and mixed-use.

Education
Rigg earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University where he majored Finance and Real Estate. More recently, he has completed numerous courses specializing in real estate appraisal practice and finance.
