Jeff Barnwell is a Vice President within Newmark’s Multifamily Capital markets Debt and Structured Finance division, located in the firm’s Dallas office. He is responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting of student housing and conventional assets, and supports the team’s research and marketing efforts. Barnwell is involved throughout the financing process and is committed to delivering exceptional service and value for the team’s clients.
Prior to joining Newmark, Barnwell worked in KPMG’s audit practice serving clients in the commercial real estate industry.
Education
Barnwell received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master in Professional Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. Barnwell is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas.
