Jeff A. Wolpert is a senior vice president in the land division of Newmark Pearson Commercial, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of land and commercial properties. Mr. Wolpert is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), a classification of the REALTORS® Land Institute. He has extensive experience with land use designations, city and county planning departments and zoning issues. His expertise focuses on transitional agricultural land with commercial development potential, single-family subdivisions, multi-family housing, and industrial and professional office properties. Jeff’s expertise with land use, zoning and entitlements for real estate development and processing through city and county planning departments are all benefits to his clientele.
Mr. Wolpert began his commercial real estate career in 2005. He previously served as president and general partner of Butterfield Brewing Company, the first brewery in Fresno County since 1933, and was the owner of Butterfield Brewing Company Bar and Grill. As part of this endeavor, he oversaw the construction and development of a 28,000-square-foot manufacturing and bottling facility, which inspired his career in commercial real estate.
