Jean-François Drouets is President of Newmark Catella Valuation, based in Paris, France. Under his leadership the firm valued properties worth approximately €40 billion in assets, advised more than 180 clients and evaluated nearly 3,200 properties in 2024.
Drouets is an experienced and respected member of the valuation and advisory industry, with decades of experience overseeing projects spanning all asset types, including office, retail, industrial, residential, clinics, nursing homes (EHPAD), hospitality and leisure, in both Paris and the broader European market.
Drouets is a member of Institut Français de l’Expertise Immobilière and the Urban Land Institute.
