As an experienced Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Minneapolis-St. Paul office, Jay Chmieleski specializes in the purchase, sale and leasing of industrial, office, land and investment properties. He represents landlords, tenants and investors in the Twin Cities metro area and its surrounding suburbs. Prior to joining Newmark in 2018, Mr. Chmieleski served as vice president of Colliers International’s Minneapolis-St. Paul office, where he co-lead a six-person team.
With more than 25 years of industry experience, Mr. Chmieleski provides hands-on advisory services to property owners, landlords and users of industrial, office, land and investments. His detailed market knowledge and industry insight allow him to deliver exemplary client service that best suits the ever-changing space requirements of his clients.
Mr. Chmieleski has helped complete transactions valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars over the last five years. He continues to gain outstanding knowledge of the commercial real estate market, expand his industry insight and consistently find creative, cost-effective solutions to meet his client’s real estate needs throughout the region.
