Jason Redman joined Newmark in August 2014 and currently serves as Global Head of Engineering in the firm’s Global Corporate Services (GCS) division. A seasoned facilities management professional with a proven track record, Mr. Redman leads his teams to peak performance within any environment. In his current role, Mr. Redman develops and manages multi-million-dollar facilities and assets over global, diverse and complex estates, achieving substantial benefits for both clients and supplier organizations through long-term and cooperative convergence of strategies.
Mr. Redman is a fully qualified engineer with a strong technical background and broad-ranging skills and insight that span all hard services, critical engineering, mechanical engineering, business development, data center control and operations. He has expertise in Property & Asset Management, as well as Workspace Design & Management, specifically in iconic commercial offices and business critical Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Redman spent 14 years with Norland Managed Services (now part of CBRE) where he oversaw the day-to-day implementation of policies and procedures for blue chip portfolios and clients both in the UK and the US. He also led Operational & Engineering Teams in achieving mature global technical strategy and operational objectives, from transition to operational handover.

Mr. Redman earned an HND in Mechanical Engineering from Croydon College. He also holds an Environmental Auditor 14001 certification MCR Master Corporate Real Estate.
