Jason Martindale joined Newmark in 2023 and currently serves as Global Facilities Management Leader. He is an accomplished facility management leader specializing in delivering integrated corporate real estate solutions for large, multi-site commercial real estate portfolios. He continuously drives client success and portfolio optimization by recommending practical workplace solutions that foster innovation, sustainability and rapid growth.
His focus on demand-driven portfolio cost optimization ensures clients achieve enhanced operational efficiency and cost effectiveness across their portfolios. Martindale drives innovative, customized facility management solutions that align with business objectives and sustainability goals while leading a global team of dedicated FM professionals committed to continuous improvement and excellence.
In his previous role as Senior Managing Director of Facility Management, Martindale oversaw the strategic, operational and financial management across the firm’s network of global client locations. He led initiatives to enhance service delivery worldwide and developed and implemented standardized policies that improved efficiency and ensured compliance with international standards. Prior to Newmark, Martindale worked at CBRE as Managing Director, Global Workplace Solutions, where he delivered multi-site strategic solutions for Integrated Facilities and Project Management services. He led all aspects of operations for a fully remote, multi-disciplinary team of 220+ cross-functional employees.
Martindale’s experience spans a broad range of public and private industries, including multi-site healthcare, retail, technology, communications and manufacturing companies, as well as critical environmental institutions.
